TCS Recruitment Process On Campus / Off Campus : Complete Step by Step Procedure

First of all to be a part of TCS on campus or direct off campus placements you need to register yourself on Nextstep TCS online job portal so as to be eligible to sit in TCS future recruitment drives. Here below is complete information regarding TCS hiring process for freshers for the post of Assistant System Engineer Trainee. TCS Recruitment Process 2016

The First Round in TCS consists of an Online Aptitude Test comprising of 30 questions of Moderate difficulty that includes quantitative aptitude, Verbal and Logical reasoning questions. You need to do at least 18 questions correct to get shortlisted for further Interview rounds. Though the 18 questions figure is not exact it may vary depending upon the hiring requirements. Along with this Aptitude test you will also be having a 10 minutes Email Writing test where you will be judged on your English writing skills.

After clearing the Online Aptitude test and Email Writing you will go through the Face to Face Technical Interview Round where you will be asked everything related to your studies in graduation along with your programming or technical skills i.e OOPS Concepts, Programming, SQL, Networking etc.

After the Technical Interview round you will be having a Managerial Interview round where you will be given some business conditions and you will be asked to give your thoughts on how you will hangle that scenario.

That’s it after Technical and Managerial Interview you will have a formal HR Interview round where you will be asked to introduce yourself, give your strengths or weakness, hobbies etc.
