Actually Genpact placement pattern is more or less very much similar to other IT companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra etc. Genpact Placement pattern consists of Written Aptitude Test, Group Discussion followed by Technical and HR Interview.
1) Written Aptitude Test
The First part of Genpact Placement begins with a Written Aptitude Test that consists of 30 Questions to be answered within a duration of 60 minutes. Below is more detailed description about how the questions are distributed over the Test.
General English – 10 Questions
Aptitude – 10 Questions
Verbal & Non-Verbal – 10 Questions
Note – As of now there is no negative marking in the exam pattern but still it is better to confirm before you take your exam.
2) Group Discussion
Those who manage to clear first round of Written Aptitude test need to undergo Group Discussion or Extempore round and this is also an elimination round where many students are filtered out who lacks confidence or English presentation skills. 4) HR Interview
